La ville vise la neutralit\u00e9 carbone d&rsquo;ici 2030. Pour les f\u00eates elle met donc logiquement en avant son approche durable des r\u00e9jouissances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celle-ci commence d\u00e8s l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport avec les transports. \u00c0 savoir la promotion de la location de scooters \u00e9lectriques et du covoiturage \u00e0 travers un Shared Mobility Hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois arriv\u00e9e au centre ville les touristes peuvent faire le tour des magasins, des restaurants, des monuments comme des principales attractions \u00e0 pied. Ainsi les march\u00e9s de No\u00ebl se tiennent sur la place de la Cath\u00e9drale et dans diff\u00e9rents centres commerciaux. Un march\u00e9 international solidaire est \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel de ville, tandis qu&rsquo;une ville de No\u00ebl alternative a vu le jour \u00e0 Liepkalnis. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans l&rsquo;unique lieu d&rsquo;eau souterrain et centenaire ouvert au public. En un circuit court, les produits venants de fermes proches. De nombreux restaurants, diss\u00e9min\u00e9s dans toute la ville et accessibles \u00e0 pied, offrent \u00e9galement des exp\u00e9riences culinaires v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Un r\u00e9veillon en 12 plats <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Lituanie, Le repas du r\u00e9veillon de No\u00ebl s\u2019appelle K\u016b\u010dios. Il ne comporte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de viande et comprend douze plats, autant de plats que de mois dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Ces plats sont essentiellement compos\u00e9s de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, de l\u00e9gumes, de harengs, de champignons et de plusieurs soupes. Pour le dessert il y a  les traditionnels k\u016b\u010diukai. La star c&rsquo;est la morue. Version na crveno, une sorte de bouillabaisse aux pommes de terre. Ou bien na bijelo en tartinade \u00e0 base de morue, de pommes de terre, relev\u00e9e d\u2019ail et de persil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les  plats traditionnels, parfois l\u00e9g\u00e8rement revisit\u00e9s, sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur. Notamment  l\u2019incontournable pa\u0161ticada en Dalmatie, un r\u00f4ti marin\u00e9, avec des aromates, pruneaux, figues, lardons et vin rouge. D&rsquo;autres r\u00e9gions pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent mijoter la viande dans le c\u00e9page end\u00e9mique du pro\u0161ek, ou autre vin sucr\u00e9. La pa\u0161ticada est toujours accompagn\u00e9e de gnocchis faits maison selon une recette transmise de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas de b\u00fbche de No\u00ebl mais de nombreuses recettes sucr\u00e9es. Il y a bien s\u00fbr la f\u00eate des lumi\u00e8res, la Sainte Lucie, mais aussi les bougies, \u00e9toiles lumineuses qui r\u00e9chauffent les fen\u00eatres des appartements comme des magasins et des entreprises. Le sapin est un cadeau annuel offert par la ville d&rsquo;Oslo depuis 1947 en remerciement du soutien apport\u00e9 par le Royaume-Uni \u00e0 la Norv\u00e8ge durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
