Et c\u00f4t\u00e9 ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences le philosophe G\u00e9rard Lemari\u00e9<\/strong>.<br><br>En septembre dernier le Drouant, institution de la Place Gaillon (Paris 75002) et du milieu litt\u00e9raire s&rsquo;ouvre sur un nouveau d\u00e9cor et une nouvelle carte.<br><br>C\u00f4t\u00e9 design, l&#8217;empreinte solaire de Fabrizio Casiraghi. L&rsquo;architecte d&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur milanais aime les lignes \u00e9pur\u00e9es, les objets et les d\u00e9tails qui portent une identit\u00e9. Sa touche conf\u00e8re au Drouant une \u00e9l\u00e9gance classique r\u00e9hauss\u00e9e de vert olive et moutarde.<br><br>Pour la carte, le chef Thibault Nizard reste fid\u00e8le \u00e0 une cuisine fran\u00e7aise traditionnelle twist\u00e9e de modernit\u00e9. L&rsquo;ancien de Taillevent et de Guy Savoy c\u00e9l\u00e8bre les terroirs et d\u00e9fend la primaut\u00e9 du go\u00fbt. Son menu revisite les classiques de la maison \u00e0 mi-chemin entre cuisine bourgeoise et esprit bistronomie (p\u00e2t\u00e9 en cro\u00fbte, tarte fine au caviar \u2026). Il innove aussi : canette r\u00f4tie aux cerises vanill\u00e9es ; black cod sauce vigneronne, ou encore volaille traditionnelle.<br>Quant au brunch, il se prend dans un cadre verdoyant et feutr\u00e9. Pour le sal\u00e9 : omelettes, risottos &#8230; Pour le sucr\u00e9 : gaufre, madeleine g\u00e9ante.<br><br>Ces d\u00e9lices du palais se doublent de plaisirs de l&rsquo;esprit avec un nouveau cercle.<br>Chaque mois, sous la houlette du philosophe G\u00e9rard Lemari\u00e9, la brasserie devient un lieu de rendez-vous litt\u00e9raire, artistique et philosophique. Au total onze conf\u00e9rences men\u00e9es par des intellectuels et des artistes. Attention le cercle est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux abonn\u00e9s.<br><br>Cette ann\u00e9e, comme les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (sauf en 2020 pour cause de Covid19), le jury a remis le prix Goncourt au Drouant.
