Pour No\u00ebl, elle r\u00e9invente son brunch. Objectif : faire d\u00e9couvrir les musts de la cuisine v\u00e9n\u00e9zu\u00e9lienne des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cheffe met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur la traditionnelle Hallaca, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 du Nord V\u00e9n\u00e9zu\u00e9lien. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un pain de ma\u00efs garni d\u2019un mijot\u00e9 de viandes accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019olives et de raisins secs. Celui de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de l\u2019Abbaye au c\u0153ur de Saint-Germain-des-Pr\u00e9s. <br>On pousse les imposantes portes de fer forg\u00e9 de la rue Cassette et voil\u00e0 bient\u00f4t la chaleur du feu de chemin\u00e9e. Le fer forg\u00e9 on le retrouve m\u00eal\u00e9 au mobilier du jardin et ses lierres grimpants. Vue directe depuis le Salon et sa verri\u00e8re. <br>Alors feu de chemin\u00e9e ou verri\u00e8re pour le tea-time de No\u00ebl ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 gourmandise : mini brownies, pain d\u2019\u00e9pices, biscuits gingerbread et carrot cakes. Des  petites p\u00e2tisseries qui rappellent les saveurs d\u2019enfance.
